30-day return requests

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery by contacting service@lezmavo.com before sending anything back.

Returned bags must be unused, unworn, clean and complete with all supplied straps, accessories, original packaging and proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival or incorrect.

After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Final-sale items, gift cards, personalised goods and products damaged through overloading, misuse or improper cleaning are not eligible except where required by law.
